I just can't stand this intense heat! It is too warm and close plus there is no sun shining or blue skies so therfore nothing to enjoy! Just stickiness and sweaty nights.

We have a fan in our bedroom and that still hasn't helped really, we are still waking up with a thick head, hayfever and boiling hot! boooo...

Last night we had the windows open in the living room and I thought I could smell rain in the air which excited me muchly. One, to cut through the heat and two because I love a good thunder storm!

The weather this morning has said it will be cooler tonight and I hope he is right! At the moment it still feels sticky and my nose won't stop running!

Don't get me wrong, I love summer but when it's warm because the sun is shining, it is a different type of heat to this closeness. Give me some sunshine and I'll be as happy as a pig in.....
