You may or may not have heard on the radio, but as part of Vodafone's #first campaign, they plucked an unsigned band from obscurity who got to perform to a crowd of 80,000 at Wembley for Capital FM's Summertime Ball.

The band - called 'Only the Young' - played alongside the likes of Miley Cyrus and Pharrell and have now made a music video with footage sourced from the audiences tablets and smart phones. I can't help but think this is the most modern way for a band to be thrown into the public eye!

I was contacted regarding the band and their story and loved it so much I wanted to share it with you. I get quite a lot of emails about all kinds of projects and stories but this one stuck out to me, in this day and age everyone is vying for a bit of the limelight and sometimes true talent gets set aside for someone less so.
