It is finally here! My last working day of 2013! I can't quite believe it is that time of year already....very nearly the next year. 

This week feels as though it has dragged it's sorry ass along the ground as slow as it could which is always the way when you know you have time off coming up! Not only that, you know that means the time off you have been SO looking forward to will fly past in the blink of an eye! WAH.

I am not going to complain though, I know there are plenty of you out there who don't get time off over Christmas because of the line of work you are in - I have been there too. I know how it goes. It is quite nice working over the festive period in some ways though, everyone is in a jolly and festive mood (well OK maybe in the run up to Christmas).

I hope everyone is having a lovely Festive Friday and that if it is your last day you get to slope off early, I also hope that if you are working up until Christmas Eve you get to slope off early that day too! 

Later today we travel up to Liverpool on the busiest day for travelling of the YEAR! I knew it was going to be that case but hearing that on the TV this morning made me want to weep into my tea a little. I guess we will get there when we get there and my hubby needn't worry, I have plenty of festive tunes for the journey to keep us going............! ;)
