Just a little (BIG) announcement....
My regular readers will have come to notice that lately I have been a terrible blogger....
I have hardly posted on here for a little while now and have completely neglected my little corner of the internet so I thought it best to firstly apologise and secondly explain why....

Lately, I have been extremely tired (exhausted) and quite sick. I have been in bed by about 8pm most nights (after having already fallen asleep on the sofa) and have neglected my housework and household chores.... I have gone off of my favourite foods and most smells make me want to vom. I have even gone off my beloved past time of cooking for it makes me too queasy....
Many of you will probably have guessed where I am going with this but just in case you haven't, I am very proud to announce that I am withchild! :) That's right.... My gorgeous hubby and I are expecting our first baby in early March 2014 and we are completely and utterly over the moon with joy.
This morning was the first scan to make sure all is ok and Bean (the nickname it has come to have) was happy and healthy and wriggling away - to the point I wasn't sure if we would get a good scan photo!
I am feeling a lot more energetic now and am slowly getting my normal appetite back too which I am happy with so the blogging should become regular once again. I must admit I can't wait to be blogging and cooking yummy healthy dinners again - bet my husband can't wait either!
I just want to say a quick but BIG thank you to our lovely friends and family who sent well wishes this morning, it meant a lot while we were feeling a little bit nervous!! xxxxx
