I fancied waving my creative wand again this week and making something for the home so made this canvas! I had a couple of blank ones put away which I dug out as I thought about making one for my mother in law as a mother's day present but wanted to practice first in case it turned out a bit crap!

I must say I was pleased with how it turned out however I am still my own worst critic so posted a picture on my Facebook page and Instagram to see if people thought it looked OK and was very overwhelmed by the response! People loved it and in fact I have had a couple of people ask if I can make them one too. Not bad!

This little number is now hanging proudly in the conservatory looking very pretty.

My mother in law was very pleased with her one too which was great! Again because I was unsure about the finished result and whether it was up to scratch but she was really happy with it and has also asked that I make her one like the above.
