I haven't seen a lot of the paralympics but what I have seen so far is truly inspirational! I really enjoyed watching the basketball in the pub on Friday night!

Sometimes I can be quite negative about situations as we all can and when I see people with disabilities do something amazing with their lives when most of us would want to give up it makes me realise that your life is in your hands and that you can achieve anything if you want to!

These people are true role models for our next generation not the fake reality TV stars we see plastered over the papers. These people have worked hard - harder than the athletes of the Olympics in most cases - to achieve goals most of us able bodied couch potatoes could only dream of.
