Food Porn
This week it is over.
My BAD relationship with food which just seemed to come out of nowhere and take me by surprise, it is stopping now!! I don't know what actually happened... I was doing really well with eating little and often, healthy, yummy food and BAM! all of a sudden, junk food and carbs found me. Suddenly all I can think about is takeaways of indian food or pizza... I am making pasta for dinner or eating bread at lunch. Help! Not good when I have been having my ultrasound lipo treatments (although I still lost an inch so can't grumble!) Not good when I have done well to lose weight but wasn't quite at that part where lots of people were noticing it (I will never get there at this rate).
Anyway, yesterday and today hasn't been too bad. Today for lunch I am having sushi and for dinner tonight it will be salmon and veg. Last night's dinner was home made thai turkey curry so it was low fat and for breakfast both mornings I have had scrambled egg. I can do this! Really, I need to give running another go... and keep going with it. I suffered really bad shin splints when I tried it a good few weeks ago but I have been told that stops. Hope so! I'll take any excuse to not exercise and just sit on the sofa.
It's fine anyway, two days and the brain will be once again retrained. I'll be fantasising about salad and fish not burger and chips!! (mmmm, burger).
Am I skinny yet?
