2012 has been many things but for me it will definitely be known as the year most of my friends went (baby) BOOM!! I really cannot believe the amount of people I know who are expecting!

To be fair, if it wasn't for the wonder of Facebook then I wouldn't know about as many of them as I do but still... it seems I can't go a week without hearing about someone who is pregnant, being told by a friend they are pregnant or seeing a scan picture pop up on my newsfeed.

A friend of mine who never wanted children started the trend in March then a week later another close friend revealed they too were expecting and it all went from there. Someone I knew some time ago who has been trying for a long while is expecting now finally and a couple we know who got married just after us are due the pitter patter of tiny feet early next year.

Many are blaming the 'Fifty Shades' trilogy...haha!

Well whatever it is, it's lovely so many people have a new addition to their families to look forward to....very exciting! I will enjoy having all these new babies to cuddle and coo over only to hand back to their dotting Mummies and Daddies once they start crying or need changing. Perfect!!
