I have just been for a long walk down to the shops...in the sun...in a vest top! It is glorious outside today!

So much so that lugging the food shop back home caused me to break out into a sweat!

Make sure that if you haven't had lunch yet, you take it soon and go outside. Also, make sure you leave work on time to get home and showered so you can sit out in the beautiful sunshine!

It's finally summer!
