A touching legacy...

How amazing that donations to Claire Squires 'just giving' page for her marathon run have now exceeded £260,000.

Squires, was running to raise money for The Samaritans when she suffered a fateful heart attack on the last mile.

Friends and family have revealed how much of her life she dedicated to raising money for charity and what a ray of light she was.

So how fitting a legacy it is for her final charity run to be raising so much money. What's even more touching is the generosity of strangers wanting to donate in the wake of her untimely death.

In these dark times it is nice to hear of such human kindness, especially after such a tragedy.

My thoughts go out to her family and friends.
