Had such a lovely and productive day in so many ways; starting off with exercise and continuing with writing (although now I do feel I am at a bit of a crossroads in my story and am not sure where to go!) I also got housework and shopping done, went for a quick brisk walk and then popped up to see my new neighbour - my very lovely friend who has just moved in and is spending her first night in the building tonight! We also went on a little flat shopping spree too near London so had an enjoyable eve (I spent lots of money for our place in my head but refrained from taking my card out of my purse!)

She is now out shopping somewhere else with her parents and will be back later.

It is so lovely to know she is living in the same building! Mainly from her point of view because of being a lone tenant it comforts her to know we are just downstairs. From my selfish point of view, I am looking forward to being able to run upstairs for advice, company or a girly giggle whenever we both fancy it.

I love how her flat looks already too! Because it is the same layout as ours a lot of me assumed it would feel like being in my flat when I was up there, but just slightly differently decorated.

How wrong I was!

Already it just looks so different and I know she is so excited to be in her first grown up home. Her very own pad!

We have already discussed how we will have pamper days, dvd days and whatever else we fancy. I can't wait!
