My husband has a season ticket to West Ham and went to last night's game where he managed to obtain this training T-shirt belonging to Carlton Cole.

He is not the shy or retiring type so simply went down to ask him if he could have it. Proof really that the saying 'If you don't ask you don't get' is quite true!

The message across the front is very poignant too. Especially as it has emerged that Muamba has been talking to family and doctors over the last couple of days which shows he is recovering.
